Peacefully in Hokitika, on Saturday, January 24, 2026, aged 73. Adored father and father-in-law of Addie and Kip, and Joel, loved grandad of Charlie, and Summer, loved brother and brother-in-law of Paula and Eddie Kerr, the late Neville and Claire, loved uncle of Jenine, Scott, and the late Hayden, and a friend of many. I was sorry to hear of Garry´s passing. I worked for him at The Bush Inn Hotel for around ten years as the bar manager, and I have a lot of good memories from that time.
