Frederick Reginald (Fred):
Fred left us for his next big journey peacefully on July 24, 2018, aged 97, after a long brave fight. Sadly he has had to leave behind his devoted and loving wife Eileen, his family Marie, John, Hugh and Brigid, Owen and Anne along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as the extended family in the UK. Also loving husband of the late Kay. He will be dearly missed by all. The family would like to make special mention of the care Fred received in his last days at Christchurch Hospital and from Dr O'Gorman. Many thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of the ED, AMAU, Ward 23 and Palliative Care team. A Requiem Mass for Frederick (Fred) will be Celebrated at Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 56 Nicholls Road, Halswell, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 11.00am. A Rosary will be held at Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church, This Day (Monday), at 6.00pm.

Peacefully passed away on July 24, 2018, much loved and respected father of John, dearly loved Grandad of Vicky and Cameron, Angela and Fraser, Anita and Andrew, and Sean, and cherished Great-Grandad of Laura, Nikolas, Sophie, Georgia, and impending arrival of baby Turner.
We will miss him dearly
