Frank SALISBURY Obituary

Gone to be with his Lord on January 22, 2024, aged 90 years. Loving husband of the late Margaret; loved father and father-in-law of Christine and Graeme Win, Jen and Wayne Commons, and Barry and Katrina; loved "Diggie" of his 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Frank Salisbury, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Celebration of Frank's life will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Friday, January 26, at 10.30am, followed by burial at Oxford Cemetery.

I am sorry that Frank has passed away. He has done a great deal to get Radio Rhema. Thank you Frank. Thank you for the way he was interested in the Rehema Staff and always ready to help sort out of problems. I worked at Radio Rhema in the Cafeteria in Christchurch for many years. My Sympathies go to the Family. May you have many happy memories of Frank. God Bless and Comfort you. Sarah Thompson, Kaiapoi.

Great to know that Frank kept the Faith. Frank (from Ruatoria) and I, Peter Grant Gardner, (from Tokomaru Bay) we're both new boys at the Rectory, Gisborne High School, in 1948, where Frank spent 3 (and I spent 5) spartan years. I have fond memories of Frank, a very decent school mate.
