Frank LE GRELLE Obituary
Passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025, at Kevin Hickman Village, aged 90 years. Dearly loved father of Edmund and Joanna, Pierre (Pete) and Marian, Louise and Tom. Much loved grandfather of Grace; Joseph, Annemarie, Geoffrey, Elisabeth, Emily, Claire, Gerard (deceased), and Mary. Loved former husband and friend of Pauline. Youngest of ten children of Gerard and Elisabeth of Antwerp, Belgium. Loved brother and brother-in-law, and uncle.

Special thanks to the staff of Kevin Hickman Village for their care and support of Frank during the past month. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Frank le Grelle, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Bernadette's Catholic Church, 76 Hei Hei Road, Hei Hei, Tomorrow (Friday), September 5, at 11.00am, followed by burial at St Paul's Anglican Churchyard, 705 Weedons Ross Road, West Melton. Vigil and Rosary to be held in the church This Day, (Thursday) at 7.00pm.

With deepest condolances Edmund and Joanna, Pierre, Pauline and family. Fond memories of Frank when I would come to visit or when he built the Pavillion at St Thomas's.

Sad to see the passing of Frank
Memories of Frank building my small office on the orchard at Weedons Road - also of Edmund and Louise also working there
The shearing of the sheep for many years and Frank was always good for a yarn afterwards
Will be sadly missed
