CARDWELL, Frank Amuri Reg. NZ 422096, RNZAF, 617 Sqd, 'Dam Busters' 44 Sqd, Pilot Officer, WW11 - On September 26, 2014, unexpectedly at The Princess Margaret Hospital; in his 95th year. Dearly loved husband of Terry (deceased), and Jan. Dearly loved father and father-in-law Jenny and Ray Harrow, and Di and Garry Beaumont. Loved grand-pop and pop of Robert and Jo, Jacqui and David, Megan and Daniel, Sara and Franz, Hayley and Jason. Loved and loving great-grand-pop of Grace, Amber; Kynzie, Tayla, Beauden; and Jerome. Step dad to Ken, and step-grandfather of Robert, Philip, and Simon. No flowers, by request. Messages to the Cardwell family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. The Funeral Service will be held at Harewood Crematorium Chapel, corner Johns and Wilkinsons Roads, on Friday, October 3, at 1.30pm.

With fondest memories of a gentlemanly man who treated all with accord. Wine Club meetings, outings and holidays with Frank and Jan are remembered with love and affection. A wonderful couple who's presence enhanced the lives of all who met them. Thank You Jan for sharing Frank with us.
