To Karen, Grant and family. Fred and I were so sorry to see that you have lost your loved Mum, Faye. I worked with Faye at Ballantynes in the office prior to our wedding in 1968!!. We also had some contact with you all, when we were living in Hororata - we now live in Christchurch again. Also our sympathy for the loss of Bill as well. Faye and I had quite a few laughs working in the office at Ballantynes - certainly a long time ago now.

Please accept our sympathy and condolences in the loss of both of your parents. At this difficult time Fred and I are thinking of you all.

With love and best wishes to you all,

Alison and Fred Fowler

Sending condolences to you all at this very sad and difficult time. I have extremely fond memories of your mum, when we first built in Mt pleasant she used to come with her basket of Rawleighs products, watched our children grow up and recently our grandchildren, such a kind caring lady, always asked after my mum and dad who lived next door. I am deeply saddened by her passing. Blessings to you all.

My deepest sympathies to Grant and Karen. Having known Grant since our kindergarten days, my memories of Faye go back to my primary school days when I often visited the Phelps home after school. Faye was so kind, welcoming and a lovely conversationalist. She will be dearly missed by her family, neighbours and friends.

Sincere sympathy to Karen Grant and family. Faye was a very good friend and has been for about 75 years. Our parents were friends and we grew up together and there are a lot of good memories of these times like sleepovers, the rock n roll etc. In later years living in different places we still kept in touch and Faye will be sadly missed. Faye and Bill made a great couple and had a good life together.
God Bless. Our deepest sympathy to Karen, Grant and family.

As a high school (and long term) friend of Karen I encountered Faye at the Phelps family home in Mt Pleasant. Faye was a lovely friendly articulate woman and a beloved caring and supportive Mum of both Karen and Grant. My heartfelt sincere sympathies to both Karen and Grant during this deeply shocking and upsetting time. To Karen and Grant I hope that you take solace in the fact that you enjoyed many great years with Faye until she was aged into her 80's. I know that with Faye's strong Christian faith and beliefs that she is in a better place now.

Dear Karen and family. We send you our thoughts and prayers for Faye. We would see your mum walking around the block most days. She would have her cap on and would often stop for a chat. We have fond memories of mum and dad calling by with Rawleigh products many years ago too. We are deeply saddened by your beloved mum's passing. May friends and family give you strength and support as you celebrate your lovely mum's life.
