Florence Pindro Obituary

Florence Pindro, 72, of May Day Manor, Uniontown, formerly of Perryopolis, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002, in Uniontown Hospital. She was born Feb. 11, 1930, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Roy and Sarah Lancaster Miller. Mrs. Pindro was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Perryopolis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Pindro Jr.; and an infant daughter, Sarah Pindro. She is survived by her children, Steven Pindro of May Day Manor in Uniontown, John Pindro of Perryopolis, and Michael Pindro and wife Paula of Uniontown; four brothers, John, Art, Kenneth and Joe Miller; and three sisters, Mary Younkin, Hazel Miller and Charlotte Miller. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main St., Fayette City, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 19, until 10 a.m. when a blessing service will take place with the Rev. John Euker officiating. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Perryopolis.
