Florence Hilary (Flo)
(née Fairhall):
On January 31, 2022 peacefully at her daughter's home in Rolleston, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Noel, and a much loved mother and mother-in-law of Annemarie and Jeremy Best (Rolleston), Tony and Vicky, Danny and Leanne, and David and Janet Gordon (Perth). A much loved Nana Flo of Adam and Jack; Johnny, Keri-Ann, Libby, Zack and Pippa; Grace Andrews, Loren and Dave Patchett. Great-Nana Flo of Evelyn, Digby and Eloise; Oliver and Thomas; Rosie and Louie.

Messages to c/- PO Box 9, Blenheim 7240 or www.cloudybayfunerals.co.nz A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street, Blenheim, on Tuesday, February 8 at 11.00am, followed by interment at the Fairhall RSA Cemetery. Due to covid restrictions, Flo's service will be limited to 100 people with Vaccination passports required. Her service will be live-streamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website. Rosary will be recited at St Mary's Catholic Church, Maxwell Road, on Monday, February 7 at 7.00pm.

I´m so sorry for the loss of such a wonderful lady, I already miss our conversations. She was so excited about her trip to stay with you Ann-Marie. Sounds like she had a wonderful fun filled time. Very sorry I didn´t get to see her! Lot´s of Love to the family XXXX

I would like to offer condolences on Flo's passing on behalf of myself and my Mum (Muriel Wells).
Flo (and Noel) were so helpful and lovely to our family after Dad (Keith) died in 1977.
I will always remember Flo as being a breath of fresh air with her sense of humour, outspokenness and kind caring nature. Rest in peace, love from Sue and family.

Aged 89 years, sadly Florence suddenly passed away at her daughter's home in Rolleston, Canterbury, on Monday, January 31, 2022. Florence was a beloved sister of May and Cyril Bradley (deceased), Rex and Hilda Fairhall (deceased), Alan (Tim) and Joyce Fairhall (deceased), Maurice (Red) (deceased) and Delwyn Fairhall (Christchurch), Raymond Fairhall (deceased), Margaret Fairhall (Blenheim), Mary and Barry Griffiths (Blenheim).

Aged 89 years, our beloved Aunty Flo passed away suddenly at her daughter's home in Rolleston, Canterbury, on Monday, January 31, 2022. Aunty Flo was having a wonderful time, whilst on holiday with her daughter and son-in-law, Anne Marie and Jeremy Best, sharing yarns and having big fat laughs in the weeks leading up to her passing. She was a very much loved Aunty to Kate Fairhall and Rob Fearn. She was dearly loved and treasured by her great-nieces and their partners, Jacinta and Chris and Sophie and Josh. Aunty Flo attended St Mary's boarding school in Hokitika and will be sadly missed by her dear school friends, Agnes Fearn and Mary Brennan (formerly the O'Donnell girls). Aunty Flo, you made us happy and we are forever grateful for having you in our lives, you had the amazing ability to turn grey skies to sunny days in an instant.
Go well Aunty Flo and we know you will be up in heaven dancing with Uncle Noel.
