Finn, I don't know you or your family, but I came across your burial at diamond harbour and was intrigued of how young you were on your' passing and recent history leading up too it.

The lord is now looking after you, and may you rest in peace

My deepest sympathies for the tragic loss of Finn a great friend to many. I had the pleasure late last year to spending the day sailing with Finn and his father. Where he spent most of the afternoon convincing me he was going to flip the boat on us. Much to his amusement. This will always be my fondest memory I have of Finn. Seeing him in his true element on the water. The legacy Finn has left behind is of a kind, caring, good humoured young man. Who was always willing to go above and behond to support his friends. As result this is the way I now strive to live my life. My thoughts and prayers are with his wonderful family and friends at this hard time. Rest easy knowing the great legacy you've left behind Finn.

Dear Amalia, Basil and Family,
We were so sorry to read of the sudden death of Finn, what a terrible time for you all. We had such a lot of fun with all of the children walking backwards and forwards to Waimairi School with prams loaded up then sharing afternoon tea. Special memories of Finn and your family. Thinking of you all, with love and prayers. The Bridgman Family

As a teacher from Linwood College, who taught Finlay for many years, I am saddened by his death. I would like to send his family a message of support and let them know how well he did in my class and how I admired his entrepreneurial enterprises.
