WILLIAMS, Fay Valerie:
On July 8, 2015, at Anthony Wilding in her 79th year, after a short illness. Much loved wife of Ian, loved mother and mother-in-law of Sue and Todd and grandmother of Sam and Christie. Stepmother of Cheryl and John their partners, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Special thanks to staff at Ward 17 Christchurch Hospital, Anthony Wilding Hospital and Dr Paul O'Gorman. Messages to the Williams family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. Fay's wish was for a private cremation which has taken place.
