Evelyn GOODE Obituary

On December 14, 2025, passed away at WesleyCare, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of David, much loved mother of Catherine, and Stephen, loved sister of Dorothy, and Paul, a loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at WesleyCare for all the love and care given to Lynn. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Evelyn Goode, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The funeral service for Lynn will be held in the Christchurch North Methodist Church, 68 Harewood Road, Papanui, on Friday, December 19, at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation.

Know Lynn By Bishopdale Community Trust and Methodist Chapel Centre was great to see her over the Years with her Sister and and her Sister's Hubby and Lynn's Hubby and Saw Lynn I thinks was The Palms or Northlands before the Sad News about her and My Mother know her too as Evelyn Love been called Lynn more Than Evelyn was Great Lady and Friend of Help People and love her Music at Church and Other Stuff,She did and Loss to Every One who love her over the Years and Thanks to her Family and Friends and Her Care People in 2025 and Members of Methodist Chapel Centre for Evelyn Goode been part of our Live as we Share with Lynn on her Career and Non Pay Work on her CV as Bishopdale Community Trust as Part of Staff as Morning Tea and Lunch Time as We help to give Food and Drink to People. Lynn was great there and Chapel St Centre too with her Sister in Church.
