Thanks to the staff at Middlemore Hospital and Metlifecare, Highlands, for their devoted care and compassion. No flowers, by request. Donations to Tranzsend, PO Box 12149, Auckland 1462, or left at the church. A service will be held at the Howick Baptist Church, 17 Wellington St, Howick, Auckland, on Wednesday, May 28, at 11.00am, followed by private cremation.

I remember fondly the times that I used to go and stay with Uncle Len and Aunty Es. I remember being fascinated by her Sewing Room - I had never seen anything like it before.

I remember Aunty Esma as a loving hospitable woman. Her Christian faith helped her face many transitions in life, a wonderful example to others. Distance prevents our attendance on Wednesday. Warmest love to all the family.
