Ernie WERNER Obituary

The Hunter is Home From the Hills. Loved you a long time, sorry i missed this last birthday, you old bugger. Remember Paul.. Remember Keith. Last of the summer wine.

I have very fond memories of working with Ernie doing fencing contracts around the Oxford area at Eyrewell Forest, Burnt Hill, Birch Hill and fencing and potato picking at Sheffield area. I could rely on Ernie because he had such a great work ethic which continued through his life. Ernie became a good family friend and our children spent great hours go-carting at Ernie´s little property with Karin & Gary. We remember Ernie´s Mum & Dad having dinner at home in High St also many years ago. Last time my daughter and I visited Ernie he was up a ladder pruning a fruit tree. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and we know he will be greatly missed. I was very privileged to call him my mate. Love and condolences from Paul Kissane, Elliot, Joanne & Jamie.
