Ernest HEPWORTH Obituary

On October 9, 2023, passed away unexpectedly at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Glenda (nee Hillis). Much loved Dad of Kerry Hepworth, treasured grandad of Jahnaka, and Tahleah McIntyre. Loved stepfather of Dan and Eavanne Hillis, and grandad of Zoe and Cam. Ernie was a loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. A special thank you to Dr Gerald Fairhall and the staff at Christchurch Hospital for their wonderful care of Ernie. Flowers respectfully declined. Messages may be sent to the Hepworth family, c/- P.O. Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A service to celebrate Ernie's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, on Monday, October 16 at 10.00am. Private cremation thereafter.
