Born October 8, 1933. Passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025. Dearly loved wife of the late Cose. Cherished mother of Lee and Julie-Ann, beloved mother-in-law to Cathy and Andriy. Treasured grandmother of Caleb, the late Joshua, Rebekah, and Ashlee. Proud and adoring great-grandmother of Brooke, Brayden, Jazmyn, Tillena and Hallie. Elsie was also a dear friend to so many. A service to celebrate Elsie's life will be held at Thrive Church, 86 Victoria Street, Rangiora, on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10.00am.
