Ellen Violet (nee Turvey):
It is with great sadness that Ellen (Helen) peacefully died on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at WesleyCare, aged 79, with best friend Gail and Tony at her side. Loved and cherished mum of Nikki, Gary, the late Deanne and Suzanne, loved mum-in-law to Matt. Adored nan nan of Alex and Ollie, loved Grandma to Catherine and James. Loved sister of Christine, Stewart, the late Frank and Desmond. Much loved by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. As requested by Ellen there is no funeral service. A Private cremation was held on December 5, 2018. "Cup of tea and scones" on her request for the Celebration of Ellen's life will be held at Abberley Park Hall on December 15, 2018, 2pm-5pm. Messages can be sent to Nikki Wilson, PO Box 10315, Christchurch.
