Elizabeth ROSS Obituary

I stayed at the Ross family house opposite Rotorua airfield during three months in 1992 and I remember Betty as a wonderful caring host. So sad to read that she passed away. Piter Holwerda Netherlands

It is with sadness that we acknowledge Betty's death. We shared many wonderful times with Betty and Hamish in Coulter Road during the 1970s. We have special memories of our families together in those early years. We wish to extend our sympathy and love to all of Betty and Hamish's family.

Dear Betty (EGR), my special fun friend since we were student nurses at Rotorua Hospital. We learnt to fly together and you went solo the day before me. So many flying adventures and then you married your pilot Hamish and I was one of your bridesmaids. I thought you looked so beautiful. We kept in touch over the years while raising our families, sharing happy phone calls and visits. I am sad that you have gone and will miss you.
