Peacefully at Strathallan Life Care, Timaru, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Barney. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Russell and Debbie (Prebbleton), and Carol and Grant Hobbs. Loved Nana of Alana and Nick, Ryan and Flo, Emma and Simon and Teri. Also loved "Little Nana" of Mack, Benji and Nylah. A big thank you to all the wonderful and caring staff at Strathallan (Ivy Preston), your care of our Mum has been from the heart and amazing. In keeping with Clare's wishes a private service has been held. Messages to 147A Morgans Road, Timaru.

To Russell and Carol. Our condolences to you and your families on hearing of Clares death. Clare and Barney were close neighbours back in the old days and we all grew up together along with the McCarthys. Great memories of Clare being a very gentle lady, never fussing but just Clare.
