STANLEY, Elaine Margaret - On November 12, 2013, at Christchurch Hospital. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of Murray, over 65 years. Darling mother and mother-in-law of Wayne and Freya, Roger and Noeline, Jenny and Grant, Suz, Martyn and Jeanette. Wonderful Nana of Shaun and Hollie, Kirsten and David, Jo and Troy, Dustin and Mandy, Tanya and Phil, Macayla and Campbell, Scott and Caroline, Jared and Brydie, Sam, and Kate. Treasured Great-Nana of her 15 Great- "Grandies". The family wishes to acknowledge, with gratitude, the care and empathy shown to both Elaine and her family by the ENT Consultant Scott Stevenson and his team, the whole Intensive Care Team and Ward 18 staff. Flowers are respectfully declined. Donations to The Royal Foundation for the Blind would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. The Funeral Service for Elaine will be held in The Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road, on Tuesday, November 19, at 1.00 p.m. Private cremation thereafter.
