Edward WOOD Obituary

Formerly of the Public Trust Office and North Canterbury Catchment Board and longtime member of the Riccarton Rotary Club. On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, peacefully at Elms Court Village; aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of Kathleen, much loved father and father-in-law of Graham and Sharon, Russell and Lois, Helen and Neil, Anne and John, Michael and Karen, loved grandfather of Matthew, Elliot, Lauren, Michael, James, Ryan, Warrick, Natalie, Christian, Harrison, Robson and Oliver, Isaac and Alice, loved great-grandfather of Rory, Zara, Vinnie, Scarlett, Frankie, Finn, Freddie, River and Daisy. The family wish to acknowledge the staff at Elms Court Village for the care extended to Ray. Messages to the Wood family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A private family cremation will be held for Ray, followed by a Memorial Function at a later date.
