MOORE,
Edward Laurence (Eddie):
Of Upper Hutt (formerly of Christchurch). Died peacefully at home on December 15, 2020, after a short illness, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy for 62 years and wonderful father to Stephen and Maria, Peter (Perth), Karen and Grant, and Christine, grandfather and great-grandfather. As per Eddie's wishes, a private service has been held. No flowers please and donations in lieu to the Te Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt. My deepest sympathies for your loss of Edward. My name is Donn Hampton & I've just had my 86th.birthday. I started work & my apprentice-ship at Andrews & Beavan's in Christchurch under an Edward Lawrence Moore. We got on extremely well & became very good mates,frequently going deer-stalking together. I would love to know if it is possible to be the same Edward (Ted) Moore. Kindest regards.
