ALLWORTHY,
Edward (Eddy):
On March 24, 2021, peacefully at Burlington Village, surrounded by his loving family, aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, and much loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Stephanie, and David and Amanda (Adelaide). Much loved Grandad of Jaden and Jesse, Brandon and Bailey; Chantelle and Todd, Aaron and Naomi, and great-Grandad of Tiana, Tyler, and Courtney.

Messages to the Allworthy family, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. Special thanks to all the staff of Ward B2, Burwood Hospital and Burlington Village for their care of Eddy. In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made online to bit.ly/eallworthy2403 In accordance with Eddy's wishes a private cremation has been held.

Very sad news about Eddie's passing. A long and loyal friend of Brian Wentworth and Family.
I remember Eddie as a very calm, level headed, laid back person, definitely someone you could rely on every time.
Had heaps of great times at McBratneys Rd mini golf, cricket the four-lane slot car set and the many great games Eddie came up with. Thanks for the great memories including the mighty Morris Oxford. Loved listening to Eddie's experiences as a boy growing up in London during the war.
Eddie and Brian will be busy catching up with a few Lion Browns in hand and maybe even playing the odd game of chess.
