Edna McGRATH Obituary

Edna passed away peacefully April 4, 2026, with her family by her side, in her 79th year. Much loved wife of Horse (Gavin). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ginge (Paul) and Jeannette, and Vicky and John. Much loved Nan to Finn; Kayci, and Taig and Isla. A Special thanks to all the staff at Charles Upham Retirement Village for their kindness and care. There will be a family service to celebrate Edna's life.

Many years of memories Edna, you taking me to the swimming pool for the first time when I came to live in Kaiapoi from Ohoka when I was 7 and then our Mums finding out, going to Australia together when we were teenagers, all the fun times, bridesmaids for each other, the list is endless. Not goodbye, just until we meet again. Rest in love. Joy(Quinn)
