Edith BAILEY Obituary

BAILEY, Edith May:
On Friday, February 6, 2015, passed peacefully at Kaiapoi Lodge Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife of the late Bill, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Christine and Peter, loved Nana of Wade, Adrian and Brooke, and Laura, much loved Great-Nana of Isla, and Matai, dearly loved sister of Rita Blakeway, and close friend of Barbara and Tom. A special thank you to Gary, Jonathon, the staff at Kaiapoi Lodge, and Dr Pittman for their wonderful care of Edith. Flowers respectfully declined, but in Edith's memory, donations to Alzheimers would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages to the Bailey Family, c/- PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A service to celebrate Edith's life will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 25 Fendalton Road, Christchurch, on Wednesday, February 11, at 11.00am. A Graveside Service for Edith will be held at the Oamaru Lawn Cemetery, on Thursday, February 12, at 11.00am.
