Edgar STANLEY Obituary

On October 18, 2024, peacefully at Bupa Parklands surrounded by his family; aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Lyn, much loved father and father-in-law of Jason and Michelle, Ali and Shane, Chantal and Phil and a cherished grandfather of Toni, Lachlan, Jessie and Connor. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff who have cared for Ed over the past three years. Messages to the Stanley family c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A private cremation has been held. A Gathering to honour Ed, will be held in the Halswell Bowling Club, 301 Halswell Road, Halswell, (Tomorrow) Tuesday, October 22, at 1.00pm.

Sorry to see Ed has passed away Lyn. Condolences to you and all the family. I have moved out to Rolleston to be near my son Ken. Moved into Woodcroft Estate a year ago. You will have a lot of wonderful memories as I hae of my 2 husbands andd with Ed's family. Love to you all. Lesley Corkin. xxxx
