Douglas James (Doug):
Of Oamaru. On August 5, 2017 at Dunedin Hospital. In his 92nd year. Dearly loved husband of the late Alma for 62 years, much loved father and father-in-law of Blair and Carolyn (Christchurch), Murray and Charmaine (Nelson), loving granddad of Jarred and Anna, Lauren and Toby, Craig and Sue, Shane and Elina, loved great-granddad of Madison, Josh, Charlese and Sophia. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Ian and Bathnia, Jim and Violet, and Gardiner and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Doug's life will be held at St Paul's Presbyterian Church, Coquet Street, Oamaru, on Wednesday, August 9, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by interment at the Oamaru Lawn Cemetery. Messages to 34 Glendale Crescent, Oamaru 9400.
