My memories of Aunty Dorothy are of books and baking! My father ( Alan ( Mac) McCone and mother Mel McCone would be heading down to the Harrington farm to be with Pop when Dot and Dick away. Before hand Dad would put in his baking order for his sister... sponge drops and a few other yummy goodies. As a young kid I got to eat a `real´ pav. Mum´s were chewy and we loved that! Aunty Dot´s were light and fragile!!!! I remember going to swim in the Black Hole down at the river on the farm. Jumping from the bank into the river and going back to the farm house for roast dinner. Such good memories.
My love to Julie and Jan and the sweet release for Dorothy.
