DILLON, Dorn Steele - On April 11, 2014, peacefully at Admatha Lodge; aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Sam, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Pat and Kevin (Perth), Linda (Perth), Peter and Mary, and Rex and Anne. Loved nana of Kura, Bree; Rebecca; Kelly, Michael, Jennifer; and loved by all her great-grandchildren. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Admatha Lodge and the Cressy Unit at Ilam Lifecare. Messages to the Dillon family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. The Funeral Service will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Wednesday, April 16, at 2.30pm.

I enjoyed chatting to Dorn at Admatha in the last stages of her life talking about her children and Sam. She retained her dry sense of humour to the end. My sympathies are with you.
