Doreen MULLIGAN Obituary

On September 17, 2024, peacefully at Oxford Hospital after a brief illness. Loved and adored wife of Tony. Loved and cherished mum of Theresa, Patrick, Cathy, Sally, and their spouses. Cherished Nana of her 9 grandchildren. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Doreen Mulligan, c/- PO Box 26112, Christchurch 8148. In lieu of flowers donations to Friends of Oxford Hospital would be appreciated and can be made directly via Oxford Hospital. A Celebration of Doreen's life will be held at the Harewood Chapel, Wilkinsons Road, Harewood, on Saturday, September 21, at 1.00pm.

On behalf of the Rangiora Bridge Club, we send our condolences the the family, Doreen played at the club for a short time and alot of our members attend the Waimak Bridge Club tournaments every year where we would catch up with Doreen as she was the president, lovely person and I know she will be sadly missed by all.

I played cards with and against Doreen and enjoyed my times spent with her. Unfortunately I wont be able to attend her funeral service but she will be remembered with fond memories. My sympathy to you all. Dot Johnston Papanui Club cards.

Passed peacefully on September 17, 2024. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of David and Maryon Beer, Liz and Lionel Ford, Philip and Clare Beer, and Noeline and Trevor Goodgame, and treasured Auntie of all her nieces and nephews. We will all miss her greatly.
