Doreen LEWIS Obituary

My deepest sympathy to you all in the sad loss of Doreen.I didn't know her very well but she was such a lovely lady always immaculately dressed and so caring and loving of her family.She was a special sister of Thelma my dear aunty. They are together once again.

What a lovely and loving lady Doreen was. You have all been an amazing family and was proud to have you so connected to many members of my family for so many years. Yesterday l brought David Donald to my apartment and together we watched the live stream. It was a special time for both of us after such a long friendship.

We remember both Doreen and Dave with great fondness, and particularly their kindness and friendship in our adventure in Taiwan in 1984. Our sincere sympathies to all the family.

Doreen’s daughter, Angela, is my sister-in-law. I do not have a sister so she is more like a sister to me. Angela, being the only daughter, was very close to her mother. They had a very special relationship. I remember Doreen as a very elegant lady, whose family was her life. My thoughts and prayers will be with Angela, her brothers and their families at 1.30pm, 11.30am here in Brisbane. Lynley Keating.
