Donald SWIFT Obituary

Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, surrounded by his family. Aged 90 years. Dearly loved and devoted husband of Margaret. Loved and cherished father of Sharyn, Barry, and Donna. Much respected father-in-law of Royce and Steve. Loved grandfather to Kasey and Jake, Christie and Alex, and Russell and Sophie, and loved great-grandfather to Ruby, Ollie, Jaxon, Millie, and Charlie. Loved son of the late Eric Swift and Sally Stanton (Greymouth); loved brother and brother-in-law of Ray and Doreen (both deceased), Noel and Debbie, Carol and Mike, and Angela; and brother-in-law of Athol and the late Margaret Marley, and the late George and Yvonne Marley. Loved uncle, special friend, and shooting buddy to many. Life member of Waihora Gun Club, and President of North Canterbury Game Shooters Club for 22 years.
