Donald McMILLAN Obituary

On Friday, August 15, 2025, peacefully, at Ellesmere Hospital, aged 76 years. Loved husband of Carolyn for 53 years, loved father and father-in-law of Simon and Vicki, Lisa and Aaron, adored Grandad and Granam of Lucy, Scarlett, Lukas, Stella, and Eva, loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Donald McMillan, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. Thanks to Southbridge Volunteer Fire Brigade for their continued support, and to the staff at Ellesmere Hospital for their care and professionalism. As were Donald's wishes, a private cremation has been held.

My sincere condolences to Caroline and family. I have fond memories of donald (duck) on the cricket pitch destroying opposition bowlers. It was a great pleasure to have played cricket alongside him and to have known him.
