Dennis PEZARO Obituary

Died peacefully with family, on November 16, 2025; aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Olwyn, much loved father, father-in-law, and Papa of Sarah and Andrew, Avi, and Kit; Carmel; Daniel and Carolyn, Zac, and Aria. Devoted country GP for 60 years.
"He will be sadly missed"

Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family Olwyn. Dennis is remembered fondly as a cheerful fun-loving friend, neighbour at Cardrona and classmate and colleague of Ken. We remember the two of them sharing their dreams and plans while
attending to their patches. This month we put Ken to rest beside the river and recounted these happy times. We will miss Dennis and I will be thinking of you Olwyn.

Dr Dennis was one of my favorite gentleman country doctors in my time in his territory. Always hospitable, always generous with his time. Condolences to his family. Rest in peace Dennis.

I have lovely memories of working with Dennis at Wanaka Medical Centrefrom 1992-2003.
And for Barry his memories are of helping Dennis with his shearing at SawBones.
