Denis COLLINS Obituary

Died peacefully at Nazareth House, Christchurch, on March 6, 2026. Son of the late Denis and Norah Collins. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of John and Maeve Collins (both deceased), and Margaret and Tony Giannotti. Loved uncle, great-uncle and great-great-uncle. Ordained Priest of the Wellington Diocese for 67 years. The Rosary will be recited at 7.00pm on Wednesday, March 11, in the Chapel at Nazareth House, 220 Brougham Street, Sydenham, Christchurch, where a Mass will be celebrated at 11.00am on Thursday, March 12. A Rosary will be recited at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 40 Hill Street, Thorndon, Wellington, at 7.00pm on Monday, March 16, where Requiem Mass will celebrated at 10.30am on Tuesday, March 17, to be followed by burial at Karori Cemetery.
