ALLAN, Deborah Ann (Deb)
(nee McQuilken):
Of Lincoln, formerly of Queenstown. On April 24, 2023 at Christchurch Hospital, Deb passed peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by her loving family having fought a courageous and inspirational 9-year battle with bowel cancer, in her 63rd year. Loved wife of Craig, loved Mum and mother-in-law to Thomas and Jenny (Auckland); Grace and Elly (Darfield); Frances (Frankie) and Cain (Timaru); and Hannah and Yuen (Dunedin). Adored Ma Deb to her Grandies – Harvey, Oakley, Peyton, Hudson and Hosea. Loved daughter of Gladys and the late Jack McQuilken (Christchurch); loved sister of Julie (Christchurch), and sister and sister-in-law to Pamela and Geoff (Sefton). Loved daughter-in-law of Joan and the late Jack Allan (Lower Shotover); sister-in-law to Karen and Sam Robins (Te Anau), and Suzy and Bruce Walker (Arrowtown). Greatly loved and respected by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and a friend to many.

A celebration of Deb's life will be held at La Vida – Life Church, 34A Hansens Lane, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch, on Saturday, April 29, at 3.00pm.
