Dawn SHORT Obituary
SHORT, Dawn (nee Hinton):
Passed away peacefully at Granger House, Greymouth, with loving family by her side on August 27, 2022, aged 85. Deeply loved wife of Peter, awesome mum and mother-in-law of Benjamin and Gitte, and Chris and Karen, dearly loved grandma of Asger, August, and Tobias, loved sister and sister-in-law of John (deceased) and Wendy, Gavin, Tom, Peter, and Caroline, a loved aunty, cousin and friend. Messages to 47 Victory Street, Reefton 7830. In accordance with Dawn's wishes a private cremation has taken place on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.

Sorry to learn of Dawns passing. Always thought we would catch up again since your mum and dad living in Dunedin. Chris please contact me, have often thought about where you ended up and what life had brought to you.

My sincere sympathy to the Short Family.I had the privilege of working withDawn at Sara Cohen and Kenmore Intermediate Schools .Dawn was a great Teacher and a very kind and caring person.I learned a lot from this lovely lady.
