Dawn BATES Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Burwood Hospital on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, aged 85 years. Beloved wife of Gavin. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Carolyn, Stephanie and Mark, John and Rachel. Much loved Nana of Sarah and James, Cameron and Ruadri, Ashleigh and Matt, Matthew and Holly, Rebecca, Lucy, Meghan and Jacob. Loved sister of Annette, and Denise. Will be missed by family dogs Stevee, and Thor. Messages to the family of Dawn Bates to PO Box 26051 North Avon, Christchurch 8148. In accordance with Dawn's wishes a private cremation will take place.

I remember all the fun we had growing g up.Gavin, Dawn was a great friend full of fun.i have wonderful memories of the things we did mainly in the late 50s and60s It was mypleasure to work in the National bank with her.,she was a special person.
