On July 16, 2016, at Maidstone Lodge, after a courageous battle, with family at his side. A dearly loved and loving husband of Catherine for 20 years. A much loved Dad of Daniel, Rebecca, and
Bernadette; Wade (deceased),
Mark, and Kelly, and his loved grandchildren. A loved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. A service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at the Academy Funeral Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Wednesday, July 20, at 11.00am.
