David STAPLETON Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on February 10, 2021, aged 71. Deeply loved and cherished husband of Patricia Hird, beloved son of the late George and Claire, dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Neville and Brenda, and Natalie and Chris Poirot, loved brother-in-law of Carolyn and Ron Goudswaard, Susan and Michael Steer, Jenny and Antonie Eggink, and Grant and Sarah Hird, a loved uncle, cousin and friend. Messages to 359 Main South Road, Paroa 7805. David will be at home for those wishing to pay their respects. A Funeral Service to celebrate David's life will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Tainui Street, Greymouth, on Saturday at 11.00am, followed by burial at the Seaveiw Cemetery in Hokitika.

Sorry & sad to hear of David's passing, have fond memories of David as a primary School class mate in Hokitika. Very much appreciated his kind & friendly customer service he gave at the Milk Bar in the Hokitika Movie theater. Condolences to his family, RIP David.
