David PALMER Obituary

David's family and friends would like to thank the exceptional, amazing support and care received during his terminal illness. Thank you to David's doctor of seven years, Dr Christina McLachlan and the caring and personal touch of Dr Angus Binnie. David and the family appreciated the exceptional professional care received from clinical nurse specialist Keith Fraser. Keith's empathy and care made him a special person. The wonderful expert care and support from St John's Ambulance paramedics, ACC and Access support carers. Thank you to all the staff at the Northwood Medical Centre and Wards 17, 19 and the Emergency Department at Christchurch Hospital. David and his family and friends appreciated all the specialist care and outstanding support provided during this difficult time.
