David MURRAY Obituary

Dave passed away peacefully on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Christchurch Hospital, with his family by his side, aged 82 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Carole, dearly loved and devoted father of Michelle and Greg, and loved father-in-law of Steve and Angela. Adored and treasured Grandad of Ethan, Jacob, Caitlin and Liam. Loved son of Mary (dec) and loved brother of Ian, Kevin, and Catherine. Much loved brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. We will miss him so much. The family extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Ward 17 at Christchurch Hospital, and the health professionals who looked after Dave with such kindness and compassion. Messages may be sent to the family of the late David Murray, c/- 145/171 Prestons Road, Christchurch 8051. A private cremation and memorial service has been held.
