David LYE Obituary

Shuffled off this mortal coil, at home in Christchurch, in his seventy-first year. Son of Lance and Trissie, brother of Lyn, Pete, Rosalie and Greg, father of Nick and Katie, and grandfather of Ruby and Remi. At Dave's request, no funeral service was held. There will be a celebration of Dave's life to be notified at a later date for those who wish to gather and remember him.

He was the first person to guide me in the right direction

Worked with him at Westland Milk.
A good guy to have around the place. Always up for a laugh and usually had a story to tell, so it was never a boring day when he was around.
He´ll be missed.
