On October 20, 2023 at Wellington Hospital in his 79th year. Loved husband of Kate, Father of Jenny (Wellington), and Sebastian and Katherine (Alberta). Grandfather of Osmond and Freddie. Younger son of the late Keith and Peggy Lackey.
