On August 26, 2025, at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Lynda. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Andrew, Rodney and Lisa, Matthew and Emma, loving and proud Grandad of Finn, and Brooke; and Isabella. According to David's wishes, a private family service has been held.
