I had the privilege of living with David&Glenise when I first arrived in ChCh as a student some 50 years ago. My unease of being in a new place far away from home was soon dispelled by the way they served and helped others! David was always ready to help -whether it´s fixing something around the house, or cooking up a storm at a church camp. He would also load up my bicycle onto his van every morning and dropped me off near my school to help me not freeze to death! This act of kindness has greatly impacted me and enabled me to adjust to the kiwi way of life. I also found a real home away from home during my time in ChCh.
I will miss David greatly.

David was a great help to us when we owned Jonny On The Spot and took blinds for cleaning. He always had good advise and was a gentle person.
Our thoughts are with his family.
