CROOKS, David James:

Peacefully at Auckland Hospital, loved son of the late Jim and Pat Crooks (Rangiora), loved brother of and brother-in-law of Jennifer and Bob, Lynne, the late Wendy and Ed. David was a loved uncle, cousin and friend. The family sincerely thank staff at Auckland Hospital for their care of David during his illness. Special thanks to Belinda and Mike for their help and support after David's passing. A private cremation has been held.
