David CROCKETT Obituary
David passed away peacefully in his sleep with his wife, Shirley, at his side. Treasured son of the late Douglas and Muriel. Loved husband of Shirley. Loved deeply by his children, Antoinette, Simon, Francine, Glen, Bradley, Rhys and Renae. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Adored by his siblings, Suzanne, Peter and Vicki. Private family ceremony followed by a celebration of David's life at 2.30pm which friends of the family are welcomed to join. 70 Quaifes Road, Halswell.

Real sorry to learn of David´s passing. We were neighbours and friends in Kensington Ave back in the 50´s & early 60´s. Condolences to David´s wife and family, we well as his siblings Suzanne, Peter and Victoria.

I always looked up to him as a big brother
He used to wear a possum hat thing that was made popular with the hit song of the time Davy king of the wild frontier

Shirley, our deepest condolences to you, and both your immediate and extended family. I went through CBHS with David, and saw David's immense rugby talent, and you knew Sue through the children. Sad news, but wishing you and yours a return to better days ahead.
