COLLIER, David John - Passed away peacefully, with Lyn by his side, on Monday, September 9, 2013 at Christchurch Hospital. Loved husband of Lyn. Loved step-father of Richard, Naomi, Heather and Andrea. Loved granddad of Laura, Steven and Mikaela. A good friend to Jono, Natalie and the Warden family. Many thanks to all the staff at Christchurch Hospital, Dr Shirin Robinson, Dr Peter Ganley (Haemotologist) and his staff, for their loving care of David.
