David BRAITHWAITE Obituary

BRAITHWAITE, David John:
On January 10, 2016, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 61. Dearly loved husband of Jotika, much loved dad of Davend and partner Melanie, and Bernadette, adored grandad (arjja/nana) of Zion, Waisea, Aryan, and Draved, loved brother of Julie (USA), Elizabeth (Chile), and Margaret (Chile) and their families. Special thanks to all the staff at the South Island Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for the care and concern given to David. Messages please to PO Box 39127, Christchurch 8545. The Service for David will be held in our Crematorium Chapel, 65 Vickerys Road, Wigram, on Saturday, January 16, at 2.00pm.
