I was very sad to hear the passing of David while away on holiday.
You were great neighbours in Edna street.
Of course we knew other before that with his mum taking us at Brownies.
Thinking of all the family at this very sad time.

Wow, I can't believe that David has passed away. Since you guys shifted to Lincoln I probably have only seen him once so not sure how long ago that was. David was such a very quiet but friendly person and it was so lovely that he met you Chris. I have never had such a good mechanic since David was my go to for anything car related, even checking any car I wanted to buy. RIP David.
Love to you Chris, Jonathon, Andrew, Jason, and families from

Im so sorry to read this Chris and Jason. I will always remember Dave's smile and his willingness to help me at Edna Street during the quakes. His love of classic cars bought huge smiles when he spoke of them. Also the huge love he spoke of you Chris during the quakes was phenomenal. Ill be back at Edna St on February 22nd around 1pm like I am every year for my picnic to reflect on who I lost and smile at the lovely memories we had as a community, please feel free to join me. Sending lots of love Vicki-Anne Parker
